My daughter kept popping her inflatable pools! We have the collection of outdoor things in this design, so we liked the look of the sprinkler. She LOVES it! She is 2 and runs and plays and its safe and durable. It sprays in all directions. She says "pretty flowers". :-) It gets A LOT of use!
We hooked this up to our hose, but apparently that didn't give it enough water pressure... the "spray" went up about 6 inches - totally underwhelming. So we hooked it up to a shorter hose,and then it worked better, but I still wasn't impressed with the spray. The flowers are pretty stationary. It was still refreshing and fun to run through it on a hot day with my three-year-old, but I think there's probably something better out there...
